Workshops Running at the Heaton Moor Tai Chi Centre In 2024

The goal of each workshop is to provide a level of individual attention, guidance and depth that is not possible in the weekly beginners classes.  The workshop will be suitable for anyone who takes part in the weekly classes and will be a great opportunity to refine and progress your skills and understanding of Tai Chi regardless of your current experience or skill levels.
The workshops will focus on Posture and Alignment, Shifting Weight, Silk Reeling and Stepping.
The session will be designed to build your foundation and help you individually build on this to progress.

Workshops 'A' are intended for people who havn't been on a workshop before.
Workshops 'B' are intended for people who have been on a workshop before.
This is just a general guide so you will still be able to take part in any of the workshops. 
    
The classes will be limited to 8 people so booking and payment must be made in advance.  You can use the payment options below.  Refunds will not be made after payment but if you can not attend your booked workshop you are welcome to attend a different workshop instead.
If a workshop is fully booked we can add you to a waiting list to take someone's place if they drop out.
